CNC Machining Process Overview

Order Initiation Phase:
We establish an efficient foundation through digital collaboration. After the customer provides a 3D model or 2D drawing, our technical department completes a manufacturability analysis within 2 hours. Using specialized software, we simulate the machining process to anticipate potential issues such as dimensional interference and tool accessibility. Once the feasibility of the process is confirmed, our intelligent programming system automatically matches the optimal machining parameter library—selecting cutting speeds based on material hardness and planning tool paths according to part complexity. The generated NC program is then transmitted to the machining equipment via the cloud. The entire preparatory phase can be completed in as little as 4 hours, reducing time by 60% compared to traditional methods.

Machining Execution Phase:
Full-process visualization ensures precision control. After receiving the task order, the equipment operator scans a code to retrieve the machining program and process drawings, using an automated loading and unloading system to complete the clamping of the blank. Once the first piece is machined, a coordinate measuring machine conducts a 100% full-size inspection, with data uploaded in real-time to the quality traceability system. During production, the workshop's MES (Manufacturing Execution System) continuously monitors key indicators such as equipment load and tool life. When tool wear approaches a threshold, the system automatically issues a replacement alert to prevent any impact on machining precision. Currently, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in the workshop remains stable at over 89%.

Quality Closure Before Product Delivery:
The final line of defense in the process is the quality closure before product delivery. All components must pass through three quality inspection checkpoints:

1. Initial Inspection: Verification of key dimensions and geometric tolerances.

2. Re-inspection: Non-destructive testing to detect internal defects.

3. Final Inspection: Assembly testing under simulated actual working conditions.

Qualified products are accompanied by an electronic quality report that includes machining parameters and inspection data. For components requiring surface treatment, we have integrated automated electroplating and spraying production lines, achieving a one-stop solution from machining to finished product delivery.
